This website, operated by Homemakers Brook, provides a sacred, soulful space for Christian homemakers, offering online and in-person mentorship through spiritual encouragement, prayer, community support, and resources like guided devotionals. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional counselling; users should consult professionals for such needs.

Homemakers Brook mentors women who carry so much but rarely get carried themselves.

We offer a range of products, including but not limited to the following:

1. Digital resources (courses, guides, challenges, recordings).
2. One-on-one coaching and live Q&A sessions.
3. Private support groups and community.
4. Occasional physical products.
5. In-person events
6. Lessons
7. Virtual sessions
8. Printables
9. Scripture-guided challenges.
10. Any other such related products.

1. Minimum age requirement: 18 years or older. By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the Company and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Website.
2. If you are an Enterprise Account Holder (e.g., a church, school, or organization), you represent and warrant that you are duly authorized to bind that entity to these Terms under the Contracts Act.
3. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update such information promptly. Failure to comply may result in immediate account termination without liability to us.

5. You agree not to share your login credentials or course content and paid-up products, and services with any other person. Sharing course content and materials beyond the private mentorship group without written permission from the administrators is strictly forbidden.
6. Upon payment, you will be added to the participants' group, where you may reference or discuss the provided materials. However, please note that all program materials, including but not limited to videos, printables, and course content, remain the intellectual property of Homemakers Brook and must not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or shared outside the group.

1. Payments may be processed through licensed third-party payment processors such as mobile money transfer, Visa/debit card, or through other third-party options, compliant with the National Payment Systems Act.
2. All payments made for any product or service are final, personal, and non-transferable to other parties.
3. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling for any products or services once a purchase has been completed.
4. All prices are listed in Uganda shillings and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Any international payments or those in other currencies shall be subject to exchange rate fluctuations and applicable conversion fees.
5. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.
6. We shall not be liable for any unauthorized payments made using your credit card/mobile money account or any other financial transactions. You are fully responsible for any financial transactions executed using your credentials, and you shall not be entitled to any refunds in such cases.
7. Until full payment is received, you do not acquire ownership or usage rights to any Paid Services or digital content. Non-payment may result in immediate suspension of access and legal action to recover dues.
8. You have the right to cancel your contract for the purchase of products or services from us, however, a refund is not guaranteed after payment is made.
9. You must inform us immediately via email of your decision to cancel this contract.
10. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or losses caused by payment processors. You are liable for any costs arising from failed or disputed payments.

1. To access Paid Services, you must create an account with a valid email address and a strong password, compliant with the Computer Misuse Act. Use of third-party logins (e.g., Mobile Money or Apple) is subject to their terms.

Cancellation by Us

1. We may suspend or terminate your use of the Products and/or Services as a result of your fraud or breach of any obligation under these Terms.
2. A breach of these Terms includes, without limitation, the unauthorized copying or downloading of our audio or video content from the Products or Services or the recording of the Services.
3. Such termination or suspension may be immediate and without notice. If we terminate your account without reasonable cause, you may receive a pro rata refund of fees that you prepaid for the Services.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to Paid Services and may suspend access to the website services or content for maintenance or security reasons without liability.

We strive to ensure the accuracy of the information on this Website, but we cannot guarantee it is free from errors. By using this Website, you acknowledge that the information may contain inaccuracies and agree to independently verify any information or resources obtained from the Website before taking any action. 5. Feedback is licensed to Homemakers Brook on a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide basis for use in improving or promoting the Services.
6. You grant Homemakers Brook a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable license to use, modify, and distribute your submissions as necessary to operate the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy.

2. For any in-person events, once payment is made, we do not offer refunds for cancellations made more than 28 days prior to the start of the Event. In any case and at our discretion, if the cancellation request is accepted after 28 days, you will bear a 50% cancellation charge on the total amount paid for the event.
3. We are not liable for unforeseen cancellations due to illness, weather, or other force majeure events. In such cases, you may be offered a reschedule, credit, or partial refund. Or the payment may be carried forward depending on the circumstances.
4. In the event that the cancellation is by us, we offer to fully refund, or provide a booking for an alternative event or date; or if you are unable to attend the rescheduled meeting or event (if any) or there is no rescheduled event or meeting, then we will provide a refund of the money paid.

We do not offer free trials, however, we may from time to time offer promotional discounts and free services at our sole discretion.
